Some tips to try:
- Double check you have the correct wallet containing the ticket connected to the site.
- Ensure you have enough SOL for the transaction
- If that doesn't work, provide the wallet you are attempting to redeem from to Support Team.
Also, try using not using a Ledger if you are!
